What is ProjectAIWalker?
ProjectAIWalker is an open-world survival FPS with deep looting, base-building, farming, and AI-driven team management. Unlike traditional survival games, players won’t have to go solo—your AI teammates will fight, loot, and strategize alongside you.

What is the current status of development?
Right now, development is in its early stages. I’ve attempted to create the basic movement system, but I’ve run into challenges with mechanics like crouching speed adjustments. Instead of struggling alone, I’ve decided to focus on assembling a team before tackling more complex systems.

How will AI be integrated into the game?
AI will play a major role in every part of the game:
- Enemies – Tactical NPC factions that expand and adapt.
- Teammates – AI squad members who fight and loot with you.
- NPCs & Helpers – Traders, settlers, and more.
- AI Armies – Large-scale AI-driven battles between factions.
Will the game have multiplayer, or is it single-player only?
Right now, ProjectAIWalker is being designed as a single-player game. However, the idea of playing co-op with a friend and AI teammates sounds amazing, and it’s something I’d love to explore. It’s a long-term goal, but multiplayer isn’t off the table.
Development & Roadmap
What’s the goal for the first playable demo?
The first demo will focus on core gameplay mechanics rather than a full open-world experience. Expect:
- A functional movement system
- Basic looting & AI interaction
- Early combat mechanics
This will serve as a proof of concept to show what the game will offer.
What features are planned for future updates?
- Advanced AI behavior (smarter enemies & teammates)
- New weapons, locations, and factions
- Expanded base-building & resource management
- More complex AI-driven events & world interactions
How can people contribute to the project?
If you have experience with 3D modeling, texturing, blueprints, animations or AI asset generation, you can help! Please read the Discord rules regarding AI-generated assets before contributing. Even small contributions help push the project forward.
